My beloved father who left for his heavenly abode 26 years ago.

In the quiet dawn of summer’s day,
When shadows stretch and dreamers lay,
We rise to greet a day so bright,
To honor fathers' guiding light.

With steadfast hands and hearts so true,
They build our worlds, both old and new.
Through trials faced and battles fought,
Their wisdom, love, and strength are taught.

A father's laugh, a father's cheer,
They soothe our doubts, they chase our fear.
In moments small, in memories grand,
We find their touch in all we’ve planned.

From whispered tales of ancient lore,
To gentle nudges, urging more,
Their legacy in us resides,
A compass strong through life’s vast tides

So here’s to fathers, near and far,
Our steady north, our guiding star.
On this day, we pause to say,
We love you more than words convey.
