Untrue Accusations : A Midlife Psychic Medium Series. Carolyn Ridder AspensonI thoroughly enjoyed reading Author Carolyn Ridder Aspen’s Untrue Accusations. I find interacting with ghosts and seeking their help to solve a crime rather fascinating. It’s one of my favorite kinds of Paranormal Cozy mysteries. This book is absolutely delightful, fun, cute, awesome, hilarious with unexpected twists and a great climax. What ‘I loved the most about this book was the introduction of the lead character, Chantilly Adair, from one of Carolyn’s series, Chantilly Adair Paranormal Cozy mysteries, though it was just a cameo. My most favorite character is Angela’s ghost mom, Fran. She’s adorable, and a great fun.

Angela Panther’s best friend, Mel’s daughter Sara is accused of murdering her best friend, Chrissy Taylor. Angela is a psychic medium and she can see and talk to ghosts. Chrissy’s ghost just tells her the name of her boyfriend Donny Henderson. Angela and Mel think that Donny might have murdered Chrissy and framed Sara for the crime. Angela wants to clear Sara’s name and decides to find evidence linking Donny Henderson who’s a Casanova and has been involved with another girl in Chrissy’s sorority, Ashley. Angela sends her mom’s ghost, Fran, to spy on Donny and his new girlfriend.

As the story progresses, Donny is also murdered. Now, Angela has to solve two murders. Are both the murders interlinked? Angela has too many suspects and one of them is in great danger. Will she uncover the truth and get Sara cleared? If you love Paranormal Cozies, I would highly recommend this book. I have added yet another author to my list of favorite paranormal cozy mysteries author. Hats off to Ms. Aspenson.
