Hi Friends,

My daughter, J. Harshitaa, studying in 7th Grade, has written this story, which she wanted me to share with all in WordPress. As a mother and her mentor, I decided to encourage her to take up writing and unleash her creativity. The story is mentioned below :

J Pradeepa, 12-year-old girl, studying in class VII B of Dr.NKVV Jr. College, Korattur had been bullied by Monty Charlie Manda who always bullied everyone in the school. He was J Pradeepa’s classmate and everytime he got a punishment, his mind always wanted him to seeking vengeance from only Pradeepa, but everytime he Started to bully her, She started to sob around all the place.

On seeing her cry, all the students, except the teachers in the class all started to laugh. They used to say,”HAHA ! Pradeepa is poor, and Pradeepa is crying like a baby ! HAHA”. But the teachers supported her and said, “Don’t Laugh at others, girls or boys, if they are bullied. Do not laugh at them”. Pradeepa cried and said, ” ‘I am regularly being bullied by Monty Charlie Manda because when he gets punished everytime, his mind will tell him to seek vengeance to other girls in the form of bullying and pranking” Is he really a prankster, mam”? she asked her favourite teacher who was kind, pleasing, loveable and affectionate towards others including Pradeepa. She said,” Yes, don’t cry, Pradeepa dear, he will bully everyday and play his naughtiest pranks in the other sections of class VII girls. He will only give threatening warning, and bully, or play prank. We will certainly punish him, but if we punish him, he will hurt other girls. We will have to gather some support from other girls of Class VII A Class VII C VII D AND VII E.”

But one day after getting support from other section girls, he was punished by the Principal. To seek revenge, He bullied and pranked Mayura vasani of class VII C and R.Janani and Shreesha of Class VII D and R Shalini And Sanjana of Class VII E and he also bullied H.Vyshnavi,K.S Dharshika ,L.Darsha,R.M Dharshika ,S.P Nithyasree,G.Vidyashree,J,Jothika,S.Nikitha,S.Varsha,E.J.Mirdhula,E.Swathika,S.Miruthula,U.K Diksha , Prajina shree.R T Sadhana J.V Sahana,S.Sindhu and J.Harshitaa of Class VII A and made them cry. After they cried. J.Harshitaa made an excellent plan to punish him. She said to those whom Monty Charlie manda bullied, ” ‘I will punish him for his pranks and make him feel sorry and finally when Monty charlie manda thinks it will be easy to bully and prank anyone, I will teach him a lesson.” Everybody thanked Harshitaa for this plan. Harshitaa said,” My plan is working. Girls are feigning ignorance.” Harshitaa went in search of Monty and slapped him. She threatened him to post his humiliating photo on WhatsApp, if he didn’t apologize. Monty felt sorry and Monty will never bully or hurt others with his pranks that his pledge”.
Moral: Don’t bully anyone, and play pranks to hurt them

There might be grammatical mistakes. So be it. ‘I am proud of my child. This is just a small step. ‘I wish to support her in every way I can. I would love to have your kind comments.

  1. She is just awesome😍😍. Very inspirational story. I loved it❀
Keep writing my dear. And about grammatical mistake, I think she was way more better than me. When I was her age, I didn’t even know how to write a poem in English πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  4. Harshu written very very nice. I appreciate it soo much but little caution after reading this. Why bully happened? Is everyone happy from inside? Why we all tease others? To much expectations from others as well as jealously.
    Don’t know why?

But Harshu is also a gem πŸ’Ž. Nani Gem Aunty gem & now Harshu Gem😍
Amazing😍🀩 πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡ but all credit goes to my lovely nani❀❀❀

  5. Aparna, I know you are so very proud of J. Harshitaa. πŸ™πŸΌ She penned a very relatable story, but she isn’t getting bullied at school is she? Has she seen a lot of this occurring in her school? I appreciate you supporting her in her endeavors. You never know where her writing is going to take her, but I applaud you supporting her nevertheless and not discouraging her. Thanks so much for sharing her gifts, talents and a heart of empathy like her mother with us my friend! πŸ€—πŸ’–πŸ₯°πŸ’‹πŸ˜˜ Have a wonderful day! 🌞

  7. Thank you so much, dear Kym. No, she’s not getting bullied at school but she has seen her dad bullying me. That’s why she chose to write on this topic. There’s one prankster in her class but he has stopped bothering her after her class teacher supported her. That’s very sweet of you. β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️😊😊😊

  9. Whew! So glad to hear that. I’m glad she has these conversations with you. Keep that dialogue open. I included a poem in my book called “Bully Goat” based on past experiences that didn’t even look like I was getting bullied. Probably more like intimidation perhaps. Still I am glad that you and your daughter have an open dialogue about discussing such things. Thanks so much for sharing sister girlfriend. πŸ˜˜πŸ™πŸΌπŸ€—πŸ’–πŸ₯°
