Yes.It’s due to lack of proper planning for drainage management and inadequate rain water harvesting. To top it all, we call Chennai, a metro city. 😂😂😂😂

True, dear Luisa. I had to visit my mom who lives nearby through ankle deep water in the morning. Now the level might have risen because of the nonstop rainfall. ♥️♥️♥️
