मेरे दिल में वे बसते,उनके दिल भारत बसता है।
फौजी की पत्नी हूँ मेरे,दिल में दो दिल बसता है।
जख्मी हो भारत तो आँखें,
दर्द बयाँ कर जाती है,
जख्मी हों वे सरहद पर तो,
बहुत उदासी छाती है,
सबकी नींद है आँखों में,
मेरी आँखों में नींद कहाँ,
उनके दिल से दिल मेरा,साँसों से साँसे चलता है,
फौजी की पत्नी हूँ मेरे दिल में दो दिल रहता है।
खबर मिली आतंकी ने,
सैनिक पर हमला कर डाला,
उनकी ड्यूटी जहां खबर में,
उस चौकी का नाम आया,
नाम नहीं संदेशे में कई घायल,
चार शहीद हुए,
प्राण नहीं थे तन में संग,
घरवाले भी ग़मगीन हुए,
दिन गुजर गए उहापोह में,
रात भी मानो दिन हुयी,
मेरे संग मम्मी पापा की,
आँखें भी ग़मगीन हुुई,
रात अचानक फोन बजी,
उनकी आवाज सुनायी दी,
कैसे कह दें हम सब कितने,
रब को आज दुहाई दी,
मगर बज्र…
