FATHER’S DAY DELICIOUS TREATS

Hi friends,

Hope you are celebrating and enjoying Father’s Day with your respective dads. I thought of sharing some mouth watering delicacies for the special occasion. Let’s begin with breakfast.

A yummy Masala Dosa with potato stuffing and sambar and coconut chutney. It’s a typical South Indian Vegetarian breakfast. Just try it once and you will never regret.

Stuffed bottle guard paratha ( Indian Flatbread) best served with Tomato Ketchup or Jam.

This is a special type of mango jam. You can enjoy the paratha above with this jam.

Let’s go for lunch:

Rotis ( flatbread) with spinach-cottage cheese stew ( Palak Paneer).

Spicy, tangy potato gravy, an accompaniment to the rotis above.

Times food

Vegetable Biryani. A special dish made of Basmati Rice, vegetables and spices with cashews, coriander for garnishing and best consumed with onion raita ( chopped onions dipped in curd or yoghurt).
